Amit Panday is a Senior Research Analyst at Mobility Global, specializing in e-mobility domains such as battery, propulsion, thermal management technologies and EV charging infrastructure.

He is responsible for driving research on rapidly evolving electrification technologies, global EV policy landscape, corporate strategies and tracking supply chain dynamics. He turns complex data into compelling industry narratives, bridging technical analysis with high impact storytelling.

Amit conducts interviews with C-suite industry executives, extracting strategic insights from industry leaders and identifying early technology and market trends. He also produces podcasts as a host and an editor on high value topics that deliver useful insights on automotive technologies and supply chain.

Prior to his current role, he worked as an automotive journalist for over 12 years. As a leading journalist based in India, he has extensively reported on the subcontinent’s vehicle manufacturing ecosystem, corporate strategies, financials and government regulations.

Amit recently completed a Post Graduate Level Advanced Certification Programme in Mobility Engineering from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru. He also holds a master’s degree in mass communication from Symbiosis Institute of Media & Communication (India), and a Post Graduate Diploma in financial markets and portfolio management from the University of Lucknow (India).
