Kristina Ljajcaj is a passionate product management leader with more than a decade of experience driving digital transformation, customer‑centric innovation, and large‑scale product strategy across the automotive, technology, and consumer experience sectors.
She enjoys uniting cross‑functional teams around a clear vision, to deliver complex, high‑impact products. She is grateful to have worked for some of the world’s most recognized brands like Ford, General Motors, Stellantis, Experian, and Mobility Global.
Kristina received her Master of Management from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan, where she was able to strengthen her expertise in strategic leadership, organizational management, and business operations. Earlier on she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan. This foundation in communication has been instrumental throughout her career—shaping her ability to collaborate across diverse teams, translate complex concepts into clear narratives, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
