Kumar advises automotive leadership teams on growth, customer retention, and market strategy, turning complex data into actionable insights that shape executive decisions.

At Mobility Global, Kumar partners directly with OEM executives, leveraging vehicle registration, sales, VIO, loyalty, and psychographic data to identify market trends, anticipate opportunities and challenges, and inform strategic decisions. His work enables clients to improve loyalty, optimize retail performance, and strengthen long-term competitive positioning.

Previously, he was a senior strategy consultant at Roland Berger, advising automotive clients on growth strategy, competitive benchmarking, and major investment decisions. He has also provided independent advisory on product-market-fit, pricing, and cost optimization, and brings earlier experience in program management at Peterbilt Motors company and engineering roles at Continental AG (now Aumovio) and KPIT Technologies. Together, his background combines deep analytics expertise across OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and mobility data platforms.

Kumar holds an MBA in from University of Rochester and bachelor’s degree in Electronics and communication engineering from VTU. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (beginning May 2026) with a focus on applied business and strategic research.
