Steve Giordano is a Client Principal/Subject Matter Expert within the Mobility Global Consulting Services group. In this role, he serves as the principal consultant on loyalty trends and analysis for multiple major global automobile manufacturers.
Steve joined Mobility Global (formerly S&P Global Mobility and IHS Markit Automotive Advisory Services) in 2019. He is a Subject Matter Expert in automotive loyalty and is responsible for delivering OEM loyalty analysis and conducting client training sessions on loyalty methodology and loyalty analytics software.
Prior to joining Mobility Global, Steve was a Strategy and Business Analytics specialist for Mitsubishi Motors North America where he supported key strategic, marketing, and product decisions with industry performance and competitive insight analysis.
Steve has also held various roles focused in marketing, corporate strategy, business analytics, consumer insights, and customer service for Bank of America, eHarmony, The Walt Disney Company, and DIRECTV. He is passionate about transforming data and information into actionable insights to help drive decision-making, create new opportunities, and solve problems.
